The past year has been challenging, and with the rapid evolution of technology, traditional retailers across the UK have had to develop their technology provisions in order to keep up with the growing pressure from consumers. The BT Retail Week Technology Awards 2012 are your national platform to shout about your achievements in technology development. If you have made it easier for customers to shop with you, understood customer requirements, or have implemented an initiative that you think the market should sit up and take notice of; then enter the awards today.

There are 12 categories to choose from including the NEW Marketing and Customer Insight Solution of the Year. These awards are free to enter and open to both retailers and suppliers in partnership with retailers.
