Marketing and Customer Insight Solution of the Year

Criteria

Technology and customer information is increasingly being used by retailers to create relevant, timely and engaging marketing that produces great returns on investment. This award recognises the solution which has best supported marketing and customer insight teams in their work, whether it allows targeted email marketing, helps a retailer track a multiplatform marketing campaign or assists them in eliciting feedback from customers to deliver a more successful proposition.

Entry requirements

  • Your entry must relate to the last 12 months.
  • A project may be entered into any number of relevant categories, however the judges reserve the right to re-allocate any entry, which in their view has been incorrectly categorised.
  • If you are entering more than one category, please submit a full entry for each one
  • All entries must relate to a particular retailer trading in the UK, whether submitted by a retailer, or a technology supplier on behalf of a retailer.

Who can enter?

  • All categories are open to retailers and their suppliers who use technology to sell goods or services that are consumed outside of their premises. If you are a technology provider submitting entries on behalf of a retailer that retailer must have given their consent for you to do so.
  • We regret that we cannot accept any entries from food service retailers (e.g. coffee shops, restaurants, sandwich retailers).
  • All applications must be submitted online
  • Your entry must relate to the last 12 months
  • Retailers must be trading in the UK to qualify for entry
